A 24-year-old woman comes to the community pharmacy counter clutching a new prescription for glaucoma eye drops. While she waits she mentions she has been getting unusually winded climbing the two flights of stairs to her apartment for the past couple of weeks, and jokes that she is blaming the summer heat.
