A 19-year-old college freshman is brought to student health by his roommate, who is worried he keeps "passing out" during the day. He has fallen asleep mid-conversation, once face-first into his cafeteria tray, and jokes that he can sleep "anywhere, anytime" - but he is genuinely frightened it is happening in lectures he cares about.
