A 31-year-old pharmacy technician is brought to the emergency department by ambulance after missing a second day at a job she had never once missed. Her brother, who lives with her, went to check on her before leaving for his own shift and found her sitting on the edge of her bed, dressed for work, in exactly the position she had been in when he looked in the night before.
