Anything we ship into Dx+ is included on every plan, at no extra cost. We will not move a Dx+ feature into a separate paid tier. If we ever build a genuinely different product, it would stand on its own rather than being carved out of what you already pay for.
Every released case is available to everyone. Dx+ members can play unpublished cases before their public release.
It is a non-scoring case experience where you ask focused clinical questions, build a ranked differential, and commit your reasoning. Signed-in free players can start one case per UTC day. Dx+ members get unlimited cases plus a structured reasoning review that compares their leading diagnosis, placement, interview breadth, and next practice focus. Every existing case works, with richer authored interviews now spanning every active specialty.
General Admission is free, signed-in players can host unlimited rooms, and guests can join with a room code and display name. Dx+ members unlock the Optometry, Pharmacy, and Psychology specialty decks, with expanded fictional prompts and clinical answer cards.
